Sorry, that was overly dramatic (obscure reference). Anyway, this website is a bit defunct and certainly out of date--think of it as my pre-Brookings attempt to get people to notice and then pay attention to me. I'm now a fellow in the Brookings Institution's Center on Children and Families, and very lucky to be there.
